With Pupilbase you can run audits on all areas of wellbeing (including workload, mental health, behaviour, health & safety, safeguarding, first aid, school ethos and Ofsted-readiness).

You can view all your audits on the Wellbeing Dashboard and build up a detailed picture of how well your school is doing in each area.

We have set up a wide range of pre-written audits for you to use, but you can always edit them and add additional questions to suit your particular context.

Our audits enable you to regularly review how well the school is managing different aspects of well-being and track progress over time.

We even provide subject leaders with an audit to help them develop their roles and prepare fully for Ofsted Deep Dives.

With our survey function, you can quickly and easily get the views of pupils, parents and staff on different areas of wellbeing to monitor your stakeholder views over time.

You get to choose from a wide (and ever-growing) selection of our pre-written surveys.  You can edit these, add your own questions and even build your own surveys from scratch.

Our pupil surveys have been carefully written with age-appropriate questions and easy to use 'slider scales' suitable for each Key Stage.

This is a really simple and effective way to build up a clear picture of stakeholder views, and a great way to corroborate the findings from your audits to determine the impact of your actions.

Our reporting function enables you to select from a wide-range of options to automatically generate a report for your staff, SLT, parents, governors, trustees or Ofsted.

You can choose which areas of wellbeing you wish to focus on and the system will automatically create a report for you drawing upon your choice of audits and surveys.

You can select which graphs and charts you wish to be included and leave space for you to add comments and bullet point next steps.

Manage

The Pupilbase Workload Tool is a powerful way for all staff to manage their workload. When staff login to Pupilbase each morning they see their daily and weekly task lists with clear priorities, actions and deadlines.

Leaders can create and assign specific actions for individual members of staff and groups.  They can set grades for the importance and urgency of each task to help staff to prioritise actions that will have a long-term impact and make a real difference to your school.

This is a simple to use daily task list which even sends out automated email reminders to staff and updates them if you make any changes.
